The rules for using the Concrete Leveling Glendale website, including how online prices, estimates and communications work.
01Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of concretelevelingglendale.com (the “Website”), operated by Concrete Leveling Glendale (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
02Use of the Website
You may use the Website to learn about our services, request estimates and contact us. You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading or someone else’s information through our forms
- Send spam, automated submissions or harmful code
- Attempt to interfere with the Website’s operation or security
- Copy or reuse Website content in violation of these Terms
03Website Information Is General
Content on the Website, including service descriptions, FAQs, process explanations and photos, is provided for general information only. Every property is different, and information on the Website is not a substitute for an on-site inspection or professional engineering advice. Photos may include illustrative or representative images and may not show work performed at a specific property.
04Prices, Estimates & the Price Calculator
Prices, cost ranges and results from the price calculator on the Website are estimates only. They are not quotes, offers or guarantees. Your actual price depends on the condition of your concrete, the cause of the settlement, site access and other factors, and is confirmed only in a written estimate after an inspection.
We may change prices and service descriptions on the Website at any time without notice.
05Estimates & Service Agreements
Submitting a form, calling us or receiving an estimate does not create a contract. Any concrete leveling work is governed by a separate written estimate or agreement that describes the scope of work, price, payment terms and any warranty. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls for that project.
Concrete leveling can improve settled slabs, but results depend on site conditions. We do not promise that concrete will never move again, especially where drainage, soil, tree roots or plumbing problems are not corrected.
06Communications
When you submit your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request and related services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP”, or ask us to stop contacting you by calling (424) 447-8211 or emailing info@concretelevelingglendale.com.
07Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photos and design, belong to Concrete Leveling Glendale or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use our content or logo for other purposes without our written permission.
08Third-Party Links & Services
The Website may include links to or content from third parties, such as Google Maps. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
09Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the Website, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free. This section does not affect any warranty provided in a written agreement for work we perform.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Concrete Leveling Glendale will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concrete Leveling Glendale from claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the Website or your violation of these Terms.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless a written agreement between us says otherwise.
13Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
